These Terms of Service govern your use of the VSkim browser extension and Pro subscription service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using VSkim (including the browser extension and Pro subscription service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use VSkim.
2. Description of Service
VSkim is a browser extension that allows users to mark and automatically skip custom segments in YouTube videos. The Pro subscription service provides:
- Unlimited custom skip points
- Cross-browser syncing of skip markers
- Priority support and updates
3. Subscription & Payments
Payment Processing: VSkim uses Creem as our Merchant of Record for all payment processing. Your payment information is handled securely by Creem and is never stored by VSkim.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide notice of price changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect.
4. User Conduct
When using VSkim, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the extension
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair VSkim
5. Intellectual Property
VSkim and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XFRNO and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
VSKIM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XFRNO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VSKIM.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of VSkim after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VSkim at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
